The Brief

Guayakí came to Visitour with a triple challenge:

  1. Boost brand awareness among college students

  2. Normalize the pronunciation of “Guayakí”

  3. Spark more social engagement and product samples on campus

Our Approach

We launched a campaign at the University of Maryland with our host Sydney. The content was fun, interactive, and educational — centered around a “How do you pronounce Guayakí?” trivia format that doubled as a flavor discovery segment.

But we didn’t stop there. While our hero content pushed reach and recognition, our extended strategy focused on mass product seeding across the Visitour creator network — using stories, campus pop-ups, and influencer DMs to drive sampling and social tags at scale.

The Vibe

This was not your average product plug. Guayakí became the centerpiece of conversations — showing up in relatable, quiz-style content that turned confusion into curiosity and then into clicks. Gen Z loved the tone, the taste, and the “ohhhh THAT’S how you say it” moment.
